Bring your identification documents and application ID number to the SASSA office nearest to you. SASSA will verify your documents and update your phone number, or you can call 0800 60 10 11 to update your new cell number.

 Changing the SASSA phone number without an Application ID

 Application ID is a unique six-digit number that you receive when applying for an SRD grant. You can easily find your application ID number at the SASSA web portal.       if the lost sim is registered on your name, replace the sim.
      You can easily change your phone number through SASSA official website (follow the above steps) or contact SASSA at call 0800 60 10 11.
